Begun in 2001, St. Andrew Nativity School is a Catholic Jesuit middle school in Portland, Oregon, offering superior education to low-income students. I regularly provide their brochures, newsletters and financial reports with numerous fresh photographs of students, staff and events.

The Portland Children’s Museum assigns me to simply wander around and photograph kids being kids, whether painting, playing or getting wet. I provide them with a stockpile of engaging images ready to be dropped into any number of mailings, advertisements or reports. |

The Catholic Sentinel is the Archdiocese of Portland’s weekly newspaper covering activities at more than 120 parishes as well as regional social and political issues. Regular assignments range from soup kitchens to the state capitol. |

El Centinela is the Portland Archdiocese’s monthly Spanish language newspaper covering social, spiritual, political and church-related issues affecting the Latino community, including interviews with area officials and politicians and coverage of Latin American traditions and migrant farmworker concerns. |

The School of Nursing at the Oregon Health and Sciences University assigns me to shoot events and environmental portraits for their high-quality promotional publications in order to keep a steady flow of new photographs in their pages. I am encouraged to maintain a photojournalistic feel in the images. |

Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Portland has assigned me to photograph recreational programs and therapeutic sessions with patients to supply images for promotional and public relations publications. |
